REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds, however exchanges are allowed.
It is very important to us that our customers are pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can decide to return your purchase within 2 days of receipt.
If so, please take note of the following:
- Before returning an item please either contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and or WhatsApp at 082 410 7682. If you did send an email and haven’t heard from us within 48hours, please send a WhatsApp message. We need to be notified about the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. We reserve the right of proof for the shipping date.
- Delivery cost is non-refundable. All cost for the return of the item/s, is the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full exchange can only be granted if the package is not lost or stolen.
- Once the returned items are received, please allow 2 days for inspection. If all is in order, you will be credited with the full amount less the shipping charges. This will then be subtracted from your next order.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Any items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, including items sold at promotional discounts.
- Any white or off white items (with or without prints); bodysuits and items of such a nature where hygiene are compromised are not eligible for exchange.
- Pre-ordered and customized items cannot be returned, although exchanges due to the wrong size will be considered. Dollhouse Emporium SA reserves the right to deny such an exchange. Every situation will be evaluated separately.
